Membership
To apply to be an Individual Member of Farringdon Village Hall (a charitable incorporated organisation) please fill in this application form and press submit. Please complete a separate form for each individual member (not per residence). Membership is open at anytime, there is no cut-off date.
Membership is FREE.
But in the event that the Charity is dissolved whilst you are a Member or within 12 months thereafter you will pay a sum not exceeding £1 towards the cost of dissolution and any liabilities incurred by the Charity.

By completing this form, you confirm that:
- You have read the Constitution of the Charity and accept its provisions
- You acknowledge that if the Charity is dissolved whilst you are a Member or within 12 months thereafter, you will pay a sum not exceeding £1 towards the cost of dissolution and any liabilities incurred by the Charity
- You agree to sign the Register of Members if your application is successful
- You consent to your details being held by the Charity for purposes of the Charity
- You confirm that you reside in or own a property in the Parish of Farringdon
